Deposits and Payments: To secure your place with Fortunato Music Tours, you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by 1st April 2024. Payments made by Credit Card are subject to Merchant Fees. If paying by cheque, please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before the due date. 2. Changes to the Itineraries: Changes to confirmed arrangements may incur a transaction fee and are subject to any supplier charges and conditions. For more details on changes to the itinerary, please contact Fortunato Music Tours directly. 3. Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing. Once full payment has been received, 100% cancellation fees will apply to all arrangements. Additional airline cancellation fees may apply if internal airfares are issued. Cancellation fees are subject to change at the discretion of airlines, hotels, and other third party suppliers. Deposits are non-refundable. 4. Travel Insurance: Fortunato Music Tours strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. The suggested policy should include coverage for Loss of deposit through cancellation, personal baggage, loss of money, medical expenses, and additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs to Australia in case of tour extension or curtailment due to illness while overseas, or the unexpected death or illness of a close relative. 5. Documentation and Passports: A passport is no longer required for Norfolk Island; however, it is strongly recommended. Any photo I.D. can be used, and you must provide a copy of your I.D. when returning the booking form to avoid airline re-issue fees. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct. For clarification on passports or visas, please contact Fortunato Music Tours. Passports must have 6 months' validity from the date of return. Non-Australian Passport holders should check with their consulate for Visa requirements. 6. Items Not Included: Unless otherwise specified, the costs of meals, drinks, laundry, tips, gratuities, and personal expenses are not included in the tour package. 7. Our Services: Fortunato Music Tours arranges and coordinates travel, accommodation, bookings, and issues appropriate tickets and vouchers. We continuously strive to improve our itineraries and inclusions. Fortunato Music Tours reserves the right to vary itineraries and substitute inclusions if improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control arise. 8. Our Liability: Fortunato Music Tours undertakes to provide services with reasonable skill and care. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from any acts or defaults outside its control, including acts or defaults by third parties involved in travel, accommodation, and other suppliers. Australian consumer law applies to services supplied by Fortunato Music Tours. 9. Prices: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars per person. Fortunato Music Tours reserves the right to vary prices at any time until full payment is received due to currency fluctuations and changes in service costs. 10. Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour package due to illness or personal choice. 11. COVID19: In the event that the Tour cannot proceed due to COVID19, the tour will be postponed. All funds held by Fortunato Music Tours and suppliers will automatically be transferred to the revised dates. While Fortunato Music Tours will strive to maintain the same tour cost, pricing for the new dates may be subject to increases due to airfare availability and supplier rate seasonality. 12. Force Majeure: If an event of force majeure (which includes terrorism, pandemic, or any cause or event outside our control) delays or prevents us from performing our obligations, such delay or non-performance shall not be deemed a breach or entitle a damages claim. Our obligations shall be suspended while the force majeure event continues. 13. Payment Schedule: A deposit of $500 per person is due with Booking Registration. The balance of payment is due by 1st April 2024. 14. Client Warranty: Furthermore, I, the client participating in the tour facilitated by you do hereby warrant that I am physically able to undertake travel to the destination and in the manner outlined and my physical condition and health are such that I am able to reasonably participate in the activities of the tour.
